This is the coating we put on the most cars, and for good reason. It is a nano-ceramic hybrid, a real step up from a basic coating in both shine and toughness. We put down 2 coats over lightly corrected paint, so it bonds properly and the shine lasts. The coating is extremely hydrophobic, which is a fancy way of saying water wants nothing to do with it. Rain, dust, and road grime bead up and roll right off instead of bonding to the paint. Imperfect Finish
What we start with on most cars: swirl marks, tar, brake dust, dirt, and other contaminants sitting in and on the clear coat.
Decontaminating the Surface
Iron, tar, and a clay pad pull the bonded contamination out of the paint. Clean, but still not smooth.
Paint Correction, Leveling the Paint
Machine polishing levels the clear coat and removes swirls and scratches instead of filling them in.
Refining to a Mirror Finish
A finishing polish refines the paint to a mirror, so there is nothing left to hide under the coating.

How long does CQuartz Professional last?
2-3 years with proper washing.
How is it different from SiC and Finest Reserve?
SiC is the entry coating at about a year. Professional is a nano-ceramic hybrid at 2-3 years with a deeper shine. Finest Reserve is the flagship at 3-5, infrared cured.
Does it stop rock chips?
No. A coating is for gloss and easy cleaning. For chip protection you want paint protection film, and plenty of people do both.
Is paint correction included?
A light correction is, so the coating goes on clean paint. If you want swirls fully removed, we can do a fuller correction, quoted after we see the car.
How do I take care of it?
Hand wash with a coating-safe soap, and skip wash-and-wax products, they gum it up.
